Navigating the Site

Our Member Handbook contains a site tour. It is a listing of how to get to all of the differnt nooks and crannies of our training platform.

We are constantly trying to improve how we communicate. That means we have a few different sources of information.

The "Jumpstart" Program

Premium Users

This handbook is available to anyone with an active account. If you make a purchase, you get an account to be able to see your content. It also gives you access to our free content.

Free Accounts

If you aren't ready to buy, we offer a free membership to our newsletter subscribers. That gives you access to a wealth of content to get you started on your CI journey, hence the name of our program.

Getting a Membership

You can get a free membership, and you can get a more extensive premium package.
We only offer one plan at this time, the Continuous Improvement Toolkit for Leaders (but stay tuned...)

Licensing of Downloads

Most (nearly all) of our downloads come with a permanent corporate license that lets you use and share the content within your company for as long as you want. The hanbook summarizes the details (full details are included with the specific content).

Other Notes

As sites like this grow, there is always the need to provide detailed information on how to use the content. This handbook covers all those things, from learning how to interact with training to the behaviors of our site.
