Who should get our forms & tools?
This is an interesting question. Most forms come with a permanent corporate license that lets you share them within your company, so you really only need one person in the company to get the forms.
This will most often be a program leader who gets a few of the higher-level forms from our CI Program Leader Membership, and the rest in a CI Leader Membership.
However, there is a lot of value that is wrapped around the forms in our memberships. You'll get a lot of how-to information and supporting training. Leaders and trainers benefit from having access to a Black Belt Membership so they can fill in their own knowledge gaps, as well as play videos for team members to get them up to speed.

What are the terms of use of Velaction's forms & tools?
Most forms come with a permanent corporate license. That means once downloaded, the forms are yours to keep and share within your company. There are a few limits, though. Forms are not transferable. If you leave the company, you will need to get a new license if you want to share with your new company.
Licenses are good for one reporting unit, normally identifiable by a president for that unit. This normally only affects giant companies with independent division, multinational companies operating independently in different regions, or holding companies. We also limit standard licenses to companies with 20,000 people or fewer.

Can I share forms?
In most cases, yes, you can share within your own company.
Are licenses transferrable?
No. Licenses are not transferable. If you change companies, you will need to restart your membership or purchase new licenses on behalf of the new company.
Do licenses expire?
No. Downloads with corporate licenses are permanent within the company they were issued to.
Can I edit my continuous improvement forms & tools?
Yes, for the premium versions. Free versions are generally in PDF format and cannot be edited.
Can I share online content?
It is completely acceptable to allow others to view content in your account. You may not share access, however. We do offer discounts if you have multiple people in your company who want accounts.
When you let others view the content you have access to, you must be physically present, and the audience must be limited to a reasonable size.
Playing it for an on-site company meeting would be OK. Broadcasting training to numerous sites would not be.
Our intention would be that a trainer could play content for their students, or a leader could play videos during the morning stand-up meeting, or a manager could organize a brown bag lunch training series.

With individual access, you can visit the form's content for a month. The download is yours to keep forever.

Our continuous improvement store lets you download just the form. You won't get access to the supporting content.
