Most forms come with a permanent corporate license. That means once downloaded, the forms are yours to keep and share within your company. There are a few limits, though. Forms are not transferable. If you leave the company, you will need to get a new license if you want to share with your new company.

Licenses are good for one reporting unit, normally identifiable by a president for that unit. This normally only affects giant companies with independent division, multinational companies operating independently in different regions, or holding companies. We also limit standard licenses to companies with 20,000 people or fewer.

It is completely acceptable to allow others to view content in your account. You may not share access, however. We do offer discounts if you have multiple people in your company who want accounts.

When you let others view the content you have access to, you must be physically present, and the audience must be limited to a reasonable size.

Playing it for an on-site company meeting would be OK. Broadcasting training to numerous sites would not be.

Our intention would be that a trainer could play content for their students, or a leader could play videos during the morning stand-up meeting, or a manager could organize a brown bag lunch training series.

Not only do we allow sharing, we encourage it. Most Forms & Tools come with a permanent corporate license that lets you share them within your company. A form or tool is only useful if it is in common use in the organization and is easy and inexpensive to use. We do not allow sharing or transferring outside of your company, though. Short answer: Mostly just personalized or individual content

We are growing our library of downloads all the time. Many, or even most, downloads are intended to be shared throughout your company and come with a corporate license.

Some items, however, support your personal growth and may be customized with your own information. These items are not sharable. We also have other special use licenses. All downloads are clearly designated with their copyright restrictions. Our overall goal, though, is to make our system easy to use, flexible, and provide you with a great value. Licensing terms are seldom restrictive.

Short answer: Account owners may present content to others

Our content is designed to help companies develop a strong Continuous Improvement Culture and build a robust Business Management System. If we make content too restrictive to teach teams, it is hard to do that successfully.

So much of our content is designed for leaders and trainers to be able to play the content in their Black Belt Membership for their teams. We allow and encourage leaders to play videos and go over content for their teams and trainees to help develop their skills.

We just require that the account owner is physically present (i.e. no broadcasts or sharing online), that the people the content is shared with are in the same company, and that there is no payment for presenting the content.

You may not, however copy and paste any content that is not clearly designated as downloadable. Any sharing of online content must be in person and account holders may not give any digital or print versions to others

Short answer: No

While we allow playing of videos and showing lessons to others when the account holder is present, we do not allow sharing of account access.

It is not just a business/pricing decision on our end. Sharing account access gives people access to your account information, visibility to your payment history, and the ability to change your profile.

Plus, because this is a training platform, it tracks progress through lessons, has quizzes and surveys, and has workbooks and notebooks that contain user-specific information. Some courses also offer certificates. Sharing access to your account wreaks havoc on tracking progress, and you can't restrict what people can do when you hand over the keys.
