We currently have 35 stand-alone forms, 6 PDF Checklists from the CI Development System, and several additional forms contained within courses.

The Continuous Improvement Companion is the most massive CI reference guide we've ever seen. It has over 700 terms in it, and most contain far more than just a simple definition. You'll find detailed discussions, frontline notes, leader notes, next steps, key points, words of warnings, audio terms, and more.

Books and Tutorials

Jeff Hajek's book, Whaddaya Mean I Gotta Be Lean? as well as a few detailed tutorials are available to you. Our 'Structuring Standard Work' guide is particularly useful in creating top-notch processes.

Building Brick Exercise Instructions

We've got 3 great Building Brick Training Kits in our catalog. (Lean Flow Simulation, 5S & Visual Controls, and Poka Yoke/Mistake Proofing.) We've added instructions here so you can prepare for training even if someone else is using the kit.

CI Video Series

We have a handful of video series that cover a variety of concepts. These are generally stand-alone focused concepts rather than lessons that might be included in a series of lessons in a course.

"How To" Guides

We have a few of these already available. They are generally going to be treated like growing tools. As we develop new instructions or tips, we'll add them in. Some are step-by-step lessons (i.e. our Policy Deployment guide), and some are a collection of tips (i.e. our guide on using Excel in CI).

We have a great trivia style game that mimics a popular gameshow style format. We also have a Lean office flow training tool. You'll need the forms (available separately or in the Program Leader Add-on Toolkit), but they can be shared within the company.
