Welcome New Users from the Old CI Central

We announced several months back that we were migrating our training platform to a new system. While the old one was great and we loved it, the new one offers some additional features that our members have been asking about.

We'll talk more about that in a future post. For now, this message is specifically about what our current paying customers at training.velaction.com can expect as their accounts get migrated to academy.velaction.com.

Training.Velaction.com Paying Customers

What to expect...

  1. You will get an email letting you know that your account is being migrated from training.velaction.com (TVC). That is most likely what brought you here for more detailed information.
  2. We will create a new account at academy.velaction.com (AVC) for you.
  3. We will ask you to set your new password. You will get an email with a link asking you to set your password at AVC.
  4. We will activate your subscription to a comparable account at AVC. You will get an email letting you know when this is done. The message will refer to it as a 'Trial Subscription.' This is a tool that lets us create your account without asking you to do anything with your payment details. All access is the same as with a full account. We will extend the period of your last billing cycle a bit as a way to say thanks for your patience during the move.
  5. We will match your current pricing. We will apply a coupon to your subscription if you are grandfathered in at a lower price.
  6. Add Payment Information. Most migrated customers will be asked to add payment information prior to the trial ending. If you don't want to continue your subscription, do nothing and you won't be billed. You can check your status and update information in your account information. (You will have to be logged in.) If you want to continue, make sure to update your payment details before your trial expires. If you do not, you will lose any discounted pricing that was applied.
