Description

This course is designed to give leaders a broad view of continuous improvement to lay a solid foundation for future learning.

It creates a consensus on what continuous improvement is, why it should be embraced in your company, and how it is more than a set of tools, though it does give a summary of some of the most common tools.

It also discusses strategy and philosophy, and the types of projects that can be used to make your goals a reality.

Please review the curriculum below for more details.

In any sort of training like this, we recommend taking your time. Don't try to do all the lessons in one sitting. Consume a little bit every day. Keep your progress steady, but let your brain digest each section before moving on.
