Policy Deployment Bowler / PD Bowler + Training
About this Form
Make Your Strategic Plan Become Reality
Description
Key Information About the PD Bowler
Link Targets to Plan
PD Bowlers should (almost) NEVER have linear improvement targets for the entire year. The targets should be linked to the action plan and should reflect the accomplishment of tasks.
Print in Color
PD Bowlers should be printed in color. The bottom row for each metric will be updated with green for 'hits', yellow for when within 5% of the expected gain, and red for a 'miss' greater than 5%.
Misses Require Action
Leaders are expected to have a well-conceived plan about how to get back on track for all red, and if there are 2 or more yellows in a row.

Policy Deployment Bowler
How do you know if your company is hitting the goals you set in Policy Deployment? You use the PD Bowler. It derives its name from its similarity to a bowling score sheet. The PD Bowler is populated from the action plans your teams develop to meet the PD targets from your Policy Deployment Matrix.
